Usually when people taking portrait – they may think the priority is the model, they often forget the scenery (sometimes I agree with that ~ but most of my photographs isn’t like that). This album is different with my previous album since I try to emphasis model and scenery (I think scenery a little bit stronger than the model itself)…..
It’s an interesting option, Edwin, reflecting on what 18th-century painters like Reynolds and Gainsborough achieved, enhancing the character and personality of their models by adding appropriate scenery. Not easy, but something worth working on.
