Album Title: Infinity, Model: Nina, Photographer: Edwin(me), Photo Editor: Edwin(me), Place: 兒童交通博物館, Date: 2009/04/18. The reason why I name this album “infinity” can be described like this : its like someone that like a photo but he can’t score the photo, so instead of giving any score he choose to give a symbol ∞ (infinity). In this album I also can’t give any score/judgement, I just leave it ∞. Anyway just enjoy this album hehe…..

Album Title: Sweet Exercise, Model: Mini, Photographer: Edwin(me), Photo Editor: Edwin(me), Place: 社子棒球場 (read: she zi bang qiu chang), Date: 11th April 2009. Actually this photo session is special since this is my first time join thematic photo session. First time I want to name this album “Cute Pitcher” but the thematic portion only half of this photo session – so I change my mind and name this album “Sweet Exercise” – to include all photos of this photo session.

Album Title: Happy Day, Model: Mikako/果子 (read:guo zi), Photographer and Photo Editor: Edwin(me), Place: 兒童交通博物館 (read: er tong jiao tong bo wu guan), Date: 2009/04/12. I use EF 85mm f/1.2L II and EF 35mm f/1.4L for this session. This photo session is a little bit different than my previous photo session – some photos need to be  composed wide. I think wide composition is more difficult than portrait composition (with full of bokeh) – for some moments I need to practice again since most of time I just use EF 85mm f/1.2L for model photo session. But I am happy with it – practice makes perfect.

First of all, Happy Easter!!! Selamat Paskah!!!

Today (2009/04/12) I try to write this article since I feel happy after attending Easter Celebration – Indonesian Mass (2009/04/11) . I feel this year’s Easter celebration is great, different than what I feel in year 2008. After attending this Easter celebration mass, I understand one word “love” that can change you to do something or even sacrifice your life – like written in Bible “Greater love has no one than this, that one lay down his life for his friends” – that’s why Jesus want to give His life to save us” (John 15:13). Although His love is unlimited, we still often forget it – when we fail in the test, we’ll complain to God “why we fail….. but when we success sometimes we forget to give Him thanks. I think we should give Him thanks at every moment – whatever our condition even our condition are bad. That’s I have learned for this Easter Celebration Mass.

Before you read this article, It’s better for you to read my previous article about Perspective Correction by Using Photoshop CS4 (Case1) ~ otherwise you’ll get confused read this article.

From that article you’ll know most of people will crop the result after step 4. The other way maybe make a decorative border to hide the empty area. If you don’t agree with cropping the photo or making a decorative border maybe you can try with this method. This method is simple, you just need to install Adobe Photoshop CS4 and use a new feature called Content Aware Scale. This feature only available in Adobe Photoshop CS4.

For some reasons (if you ask me about the reasons then I will tell you hehe…..), I just upload black & white version (except above photo) so if you don’t like black & white photography – do not hesitate to click “Read the rest of this entry”.
