Nina-祝妳早日康復
Album Title: Nina-祝妳早日康復 (read: zhu ni zao ri kang fu), Model: 小布(Nina), Photographer: Edwin (me), Photo Editor: Edwin(me), Place: 士林官邸 (read: shi lin guan di), Date: 21st March 2009.
祝妳早日康復 means “wish you early recover / recover fast” – the title is very special since model (Nina) isn’t in fit condition. You can compare this album with “Lovely Girl” . Her face (cheek) maybe looked a little bit different (cheek a little bit bigger because of drug/medicine allergy). Actually I also retouched her cheek (remove dark area and reshape her cheek) to make it better and looked like original Nina, maybe my retouching skill isn’t excellent but at least I try my best to retouch her – I hope you can’t notice my retouching clearly. If you interesting about removing dark area you can see my other tutorial here- and about reshaping her cheek, the idea is similar with this one.
Perspective Correction by Using Photoshop CS4 (Case 1)
Have you ever took photos with straight line pattern as a background? If you have ever took this kind of photo, you will know that sometimes you get the straight line pattern looked not straight although you have tried to make it as straight as possible. Dealing with this problem (perspective), I think there are many cases, first case is your position and object position isn’t exactly in front of “center of object”. You can see my simple illustration below – T = target, A & B = photographer locations.
Lucky Rainy Day
Album Title: Lucky Rainy Day, Model:Tami/小兔(read: xiao tu), Photographer:Edwin(me), Photo Editor: Edwin(me), Place: National Taiwan University, Date: 7th March 2009. If you see the photos maybe you will ask why the title don’t have any relation with the photo – so I need to give you a small story why I give the title “Lucky Rainy Day”.
2009 陽明山花季 (2009 Yang Ming Shan Flower Festival)
If you have plan to go to Taiwan during 20 February 2009 ~ 22 March 2009, I think you should go to Yang Ming Shan because from 20 Feb 2009 until 22 March 2009 there is a famous annual festival – “Yang Ming Shan Flower Festival”. This place also the best place for refreshing – fresh air and beautiful scene – I love it. I took many photos there – then I made some photos to become my album “Sakura”. I also provide some documentary photos which I leave it unedited.
